The 300 Yard Shuttle is one of the most grueling conditioning challenges you can face. The shuttle is a benchmark test for your anaerobic capacity as well as mental toughness. The 25-yard cuts turn your legs on fire because you can never break into full stride. The constant acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction makes this conditioning challenge one of the baddest.
Watch the video for directions. Up AND back = 1, complete 6 up and backs = 1 rep. Rest 2 minutes in between reps, complete 3 total reps (3 300's yard shuttles)
Coaching Tip: Focus on exploding out of the turns, throttle down when approaching the turns

Peerless: Completes all 3 reps in under 56 seconds each - resting 2 minutes between reps
Elite: Completes 2 reps under 56 seconds and 1 rep under 60 seconds - resting 2 minutes between reps
Good: Completes 1 rep under 56 seconds and 2 reps under 60 seconds - resting 2 minutes between reps
